The first time I ever had tortellini was at a restaurant called Kruse and Muer. Unbelievably amazing. Creamy, smooth and cheesy. So rich but it wasn't a strong flavor of one just one thing. One perfect tortellini pocket came with the savory zing of a creamy cheese. Immediately became one of my favorite restaurants because of that pasta dish. A couple days later, I decided to make tortellini myself at home to minimize always going there and spending the money on eating out when I can learn to make it. Of course I am going to share my version of a tortellini with a creamy sauce. Oh btw, the restaurant added grilled chicken to the dish, I'm not the biggest fan of meats so I'm going to leave that part out to end up with a vegetarian meal. And I will be using a bag of premade tortellini as I don't have the time to make it from scratch. As always, I will leave my printable version of the recipe below. With that said, let's dig in!
