Quarantine Healthy Day Routine

With literally the majority of us staying at home during this weird, tough, and uncertain period in the world, it’s important to not let it get the best of us. That’s why I recommend that everyone stick to a healthy routine that fits them best. No reason to keep blabbering on so just going to recommend a routine that’ll work for all age groups and genders. Obviously this can be tailored to personal lifestyle choices/habits/needs.
