Ingredients
Potatoes -5, medium russet
Olive oil -6 tbsp
Onion powder -2 tsp
Garlic powder -2 tsp
Paprika -2 tsp
Black pepper -2 tsp
Salt -1 tsp
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Peel and wash all potatoes, preferably in cold water. Pat them dry with a paper towel. Begin cutting the potatoes into cubes or wedges or rectangles, whatever chunky shape you like. Place onto a baking sheet and drizzle over three of the six tablespoons of olive oil. Blend the two together with your hands. Add all the seasonings and salt, then mix with your hands once again. Drizzle the remaining three tablespoons of olive oil over all the potatoes with seasoning mixture. Pop it into the over and bake to cook for 30-40 minutes, checking on it occasionally. Some people will flip the potatoes halfway through, this is completely optional, but it does help getting more than one side cooked to golden brown. I personally don’t go flipping each one halfway through, I just grab a spatula and toss' em all around three times while they’re in the oven. Once all potatoes look toasty brown, take them and let rest for like 5 minutes. Now eat!
