My Every Morning "Green" Smoothie

Ingredients


Banana -1, frozen

Spinach -½ cup

Milk -½ cup, any kind/preference

Coconut oil -1 tbsp




Directions


Into a blender, pour in the milk first. Add the banana, can be cut up or not, but having them cut up does make it a bit easier on the blender. Then add the spinach right over and finally the tablespoon of coconut oil. Blend away on any setting and done!
