My 10-minute workout

So I have been doing this same workout routine since I was 16, 20 now, and it has always worked for me. It’s not too much and not too little. I know I should be stepping it up a notch, like challenging myself but I’ve never believed that a rigorous workout is needed as long as I’m actually working out. I like these sets of workouts and my body likes them too lol! This may not work for everyone but I hope that my simple workout routine can inspire some of you into thinking you don’t need to go hard for 30 minutes every single day of your life since it’s not actually realistic for those of us who hold normal jobs and go to school.


STRETCH ALWAYS STRETCH!!!

Stretch for about five to ten minutes.


Lunges -20 reps

Sumo squats -20 reps

Normal squats -20 reps

Fire hydrants -20 reps


Crunches -30 reps

Russian twists -30 reps

Cycling crunches -30 reps

Heel touches -30 reps


Side thigh lifts -20 reps

Side lunges -20 reps

Plank -30 seconds

Standing leg lifts -20 reps

Side donkey kicks -20 reps
